Delivery time
We print after receiving the payment and ship within 1-5 work days (insured).
In urgent cases (e.g. birthday presents) feel free to send us an Email with a prefered date of delivery. We give our best. Always!

Self-pickup in our studio
You can also pickup your new clothes in our Treptow-based studio. Saves your wallet and the environment. Feel free to schedule a date for pickup via Email: contact (a) koltliebtdich.de

Delay in delivery Cov-19
Due to the high package numbers at DHL during the Covid-19 pandemic your parcels may arrive delayed.

Shipping costs
We ship to the following countries (NOT to SWITZERLAND and UK !):

We ship into other countries on request.    


Duties, taxes & fees outside EU
If the delivery is made to a non-EU country, you may have to pay customs duties, taxes or fees to your responsible customs or tax authorities. We recommend contacting customs and tax authorities for details prior to ordering.

Shipping methods
We send all our clothes via DHL GoGreen or Deutsche Post to the stated delivery adress. You will receive an email with tracking number after we hand over your order to DHL/Post.

Shipping materials
Environmentally friendly, plastic-free shipping is important for us. That's why we use boxes form returns again. This means that the box which comes to you may have a little scratch or mark. We don't find this bad and we hope you think so, too. The materials for our cardboard boxes get sourced and processed locally. You can find more information about this topic here.

Payment methods
You can pay in our shop via bank transfer or PayPal.
